The main goal of the Customer Success Account Manager is to lead the charge in getting accounts set up and started on the platform as fast as possible, monitoring their satisfaction as they grow, and bridging the gap between sales and customer support. A proactive approach to maintain and anticipate their needs, suggesting new and innovative ways for accounts to succeed with NODE40 is a must. Ensuring that each of your customers is engaged and satisfied with the platform is also of the utmost importance.
