NODE40 is seeking a Customer Success Account Manager.

Join the Customer Success team at NODE40 – the trusted platform for financial institutions that require digital asset lifecycle tracking for visibility and compliance.

This is a remote position where your ability to prioritize tasks and effectively communicate are critical to your success.

Our ideal candidate is: Proficient in English – both written and verbal and has an interest in helping build the foundation for NODE40’s long-term, successful customer relationships. The main goal of the Customer Success Account Manager is to lead the charge in getting accounts set up and started on the platform as fast as possible, monitoring their satisfaction as they grow, and bridging the gap between sales and customer support. A proactive approach to maintain and anticipate their needs, suggesting new and innovative ways for accounts to succeed with NODE40 is a must. Ensuring that each of your customers is engaged and satisfied with the platform is also of the utmost importance.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with key accounts, providing proactive support and strategy to your accounts.
  • Proactively manage a variety of customer relationships from onboarding to going live, through renewal and the entire lifecycle in between including relevant expansion/upsell targets.
  • Become an expert in the value proposition of NODE40 Balance, educating customers on the platform, enabling them to utilize the full potential of the platform (and more!).
  • Work closely with Sales, Support, Development and Compliance to ensure an optimal customer experience.
  • Be an advocate for the customer’s needs, maintaining steady feedback loops into each key department.
  • Drive sales and retention of your customers through increased product adoption and usage.

  • You have a strong and curious interest in Fintech, Cryptocurrencies and Financial Services.
  • Are a self-starter who works well in a remote setting.
