Primary Responsibilities

  • Helping customers and clients with technical questions via live chat, email and voice.
  • Writing step-by-step educational and support resources for customers.
  • Collaborating with our development team to understand and prioritize feedback from customers.
  • Positively contributing to company culture.
  • Sharing ideas and tips with teammates.
  • Staying abreast of current events and developments in the crypto industry.
