NODE40, creators of NODE40 Balance, the industry-leading digital assets reporting company has announced that former chief technology officer for Thomson Reuters Wealth Management, Mike Sullivan, has accepted the role of chief operating officer.
Sullivan started his career as an intern at BETA Systems (the largest private cloud provider for the US retail financial brokerage industry), and advanced to become the CIO and CTO for Thomson Reuters Wealth Management.
At Thomson Reuters, Sullivan’s responsibilities included managing the technology services for the private cloud infrastructure. He was consistently recognized for exceptional performance in developing strategic roadmaps, generating value, driving revenue growth, reducing costs, risk mitigation, and product development.
“For years, Mike has been an advisor to me on how NODE40 can focus features to meet the needs of financial institutions entering the cryptocurrency and DeFi space,” said Perry Woodin, CEO and Co-Founder of NODE40. “His experience is a welcome addition as NODE40’s growth continues to accelerate with the entry of institutional players into the market.”
“There is no doubt that the world is going digital, and that includes tokenizing of financial services. NODE40 is in the right space at the right time to provide the compliance and reporting tools for the digital assets evolution,” said Sullivan.
NODE40 is the trusted partner for the compliance-focused cryptocurrency industry where lifecycle tracking of digital assets is critical for accurate reporting.
